The First 10 Steps

How we plan a project:
  1. Closing a contract and terms of transaction.

  2. Getting information about the team in all of its departments – supervision, architects, interior designers and foremen.

  3. Acceptance of DWG plans from the client as well as and schedule, simulations, etc.

  4. Scheduling a meeting dedicated for understanding the project as deeply as possible with the client. We will discuss subjects from planning requirements to technical and design limitations and budget evaluation.

  5. More meetings as well as a site tour.

  6. Coordinated meeting with the architect / interior designer.

  7. Issuance of an initial plan and project book.

  8. Finding and coming up with alternatives and solutions (only if necessary).

  9. Presenting the plans and technical specifications and technologies to the customer.

  10. Obtaining planning and budget approval.
